Juniper Fizz will always operate a Challenge 25 policy.

If required, the customer must produce an acceptable form of ID which are Passport, Driving license and PASS hologram card.

All staff who engage in the sale of alcohol will be trained in the Challenge 25 policy prior to commencing their employment (training refreshed every 6 months)

Records of the Challenge 25 training will be maintained and will be made available for inspection by North Wales Police or Local Authority officers upon request.

For all sales

Juniper Fizz will maintain a refusal of service book detailing all refusals of sale.

The refusal of service book will contain the following information as a minimum – date, time, location, the reason for refusal and the name of the person who refused to make the sale.

The refusal of service book will be made available for inspection by North Wales Police or Local Authority officers upon request.

No orders will be accepted from customers who are believed to be drunk at the point of sale.

When placing an order, customers will be informed that it is unlawful to purchase alcohol for persons under the age of 18 years. 

Deliveries will only be made to bona fide residential or business addresses. Records of all addresses delivered to will be maintained and will be made available to Police or Local Authority officers upon request.

Any address where a delivery has been attempted but refused will be placed on a banned list and no further orders will be accepted from that address.

All deliveries will require a signature.
